Cape Byron Property Management was proud to lease this beautifully renovated hinterland residence, set high in the sought-after Possum Creek hinterland on approximately six private acres.
Designed with a refined Scandinavian influence, the home offered a calm and contemporary lifestyle, with clean architectural lines, striking black cabinetry, industrial accents and a warm minimalist palette throughout. Expansive glazing, glass louvres and large sliding doors brought in natural light while capturing sweeping views across the surrounding green hills.
The residence featured four bedrooms, two bathrooms, open-plan living with a wood-burning fireplace, an entertainer’s kitchen with walk-in pantry and bar area, and a nearby secondary studio with separate access. Outdoors, the property delivered an exceptional acreage lifestyle with expansive lawns, manicured gardens, a firepit and two pools.
Offered with garden maintenance, pool maintenance and electricity included, this was a rare low-maintenance acreage opportunity in one of the Northern Rivers’ most peaceful hinterland settings.
Positioned approximately seven minutes from Bangalow and fifteen minutes from Byron Bay, this successful leasing result reflects the continued demand for premium, lifestyle-driven homes across Possum Creek and the Byron hinterland.
