Positioned in one of Port Melbourne's most tightly held pockets, this 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home presents a genuine opportunity to put your own stamp on a property, at an entry price point into the area that's becoming increasingly hard to find. Beacon Cove is one of Port Melbourne's most beautiful and sought after enclaves, known for its parklands and proximity to the bay. This home sits just doors from the park, making it a brilliant fit for families and pet owners who want green space right on their doorstep. The location also puts you close to the famously loved and renowned Port Melbourne Primary School and Port Melbourne Secondary School, alongside Bay Street's cafes and restaurants, the beach, and the 109 city light rail tram. Inside, you're welcomed into a generous front living and lounge area. The European laundry and powder room is neatly tucked away, as well as internal access through to the single car garage. The driveway also offers space to park a second vehicle, giving you 2 cars off street which is incredibly valuable inner city. At the rear, the kitchen and dining area flows through to a private and secure courtyard. Upstairs you'll find 3 well proportioned bedrooms including the main retreat with built in wardrobes and ensuite, plus a central second bathroom servicing bedrooms 2 and 3. With original finishes throughout, there's plenty of scope to add your own touch and create real value over time.
