This is a well-resolved boutique mid-rise development with strong horizontal composition and distinctive rounded balconies that give it a polished, coastal-modern look. Interiors are clean, neutral and well-finished but fairly standard apartment fit-out; the scheme is architecturally competent but not historically significant and is a multi-dwelling development rather than a one-off house.
