One of the many stumbling blocks for property buyers is normally saving up a deposit and by the time people save a deposit the property prices have risen further, meaning buyers are constantly chasing a figure. However, we have an amazing opportunity with the help of this Deposit Payment scheme, offering potential buyers the ability to secure the fantastic development in Woden, Canberra, with as little as $10,000 to exchange contract. This will then allow buyers to pay the remaining 5% deposit with manageable weekly repayments until paid off, with NO Interest and NO Fees. This can also work for buyers who are not wanting to part with the majority of their savings, equity or money from Offset accounts, prior to the settlement of the property. Due to complete in early 2024, the development has been incredibly popular, selling over 80% of the development already. Construction is already underway with the Jump Form for Building 1 and 2 already in place. We have shared a few examples below of how this Deposit Scheme may work for you. We will be in Canberra this Saturday if you want to arrange a viewing of the Display Suite. If so contact one of our team or reach out to us through the below link!
