From the timeless exuberance of a skillion roof to the cool, chic interiors aglow with natural light, this pitch-perfect, north facing home radiates poise and grace. Using passive solar principals, unfaltering attention to detail and brilliantly considered spatial design, the contemporary home offers seamless indoor-outdoor living and feels visually anchored in the surrounding landscape.
At the heart of the floor plan is a central open plan designed to adapt with ease to both the practicalities of family life and social entertaining. This space is characterised by a raked ceiling, electric highlight windows, Lappato floor tiles and a contemporary fireplace.
Simple linear forms direct the layout of the contemporary kitchen, where appliances are housed within bespoke cabinetry, and a central island provides an excellent space for cooking and socialising. A striking wall of glazing and stacker doors create a visual and physical connection to the surrounding gardens and alfresco entertaining area.
