Take a step back in time thanks to the retro-classic interiors of this original seventies’ apartment. Sound and solid like homes of this era are, it is a riot of colours typical of the vintage and a home that is ready & waiting for someone to embrace the groove or bring up to date with some modern fixtures & finishes. On the first floor of a small block – one of a handful of White Street addresses beachside of the highway – the home is practical, functional and filled with light. Introduced by a living/dining room with contemporary split system, the accommodation features an original kitchen accented by eye-catching tiles and filled with northern sunshine. Two well-sized bedrooms with fitted wardrobes are also on offer while the bathroom offers a bath & shower plus room for a washing machine. An undercover parking spot rounds off the package. Get your foot in the door, plan the reno then sit back and enjoy the incredibly low maintenance lifestyle on offer. Conveniently located close to Parkdale Plaza & bus stops and within a walk of the station, cafes & services, this position is approximately 10 minutes on foot to the bay.
