Pod 1 includes the lounge/living with extremely high 4 metre ceilings, modern galley kitchen with stone benchtops and servery window to the covered deck, polished timber floors and leads into the Master bedroom which is carpeted, has built ins and an ensuite with full deep bath and louvered windows to watch nature go by as you relax after a day at the beach or by the pool.
Pod 2 includes the second master bedroom with ensuite, WIR and is carpeted and air-conditioned, the 3rd bedroom with double built-ins and the second living area.
There is undercover parking for 2 cars, a separate laundry and storage with roller door access.
