Set at the end of a quiet road and bordered by peaceful farmland, this delightful 3-bedroom home offers the perfect blend of comfort and semi-rural living on a 4,999 sqm block. Ideal for those seeking a private retreat with ample space to relax, garden, or explore sustainable living options.
Constructed from a mix of sand, sawdust, and cement, this unique home offers excellent insulation, ensuring year-round comfort. The wide verandahs wrap around three sides of the house, inviting you to unwind while enjoying the tranquil views of your own land and surrounding nature.
Step inside to the expansive kitchen/living area, where high cathedral ceilings lined with timber and exposed beams create a stunning and airy atmosphere. The space is bathed in natural light from antique windows and a wall of glass doors that open directly to the verandah. The kitchen is a chef’s delight, featuring solid timber cupboards, wide stone benchtops, and polished timber floors that add warmth and character.
The generous verandah extends your living space outdoors, offering room for a pool table, dining tables, and an outdoor firepit surrounded by trees for shade and privacy. Whether you're hosting guests or simply enjoying a quiet evening, this is the perfect setting for relaxation.
The three spacious bedrooms all feature built-in robes, fans, and the master bedroom has air conditioning, a fan, and its own set of glass doors leading to the verandah. With light-filled rooms and with the continuation of those beautiful cathedral ceilings, each bedroom feels open and airy.
The large, renovated bathroom includes a freestanding bath, separate shower, and a flush toilet. Finished with tiled walls to the ceiling and charming antique glass windows, this space combines practicality with aesthetic appeal. The Laundry is also housed seamlessly in the bathroom.
For guests, a large, fully fitted caravan offers comfortable, self-sufficient accommodation with its own kitchen, shower, and undercover area. Your visitors will feel right at home—and may never want to leave! This space has been used very successfully as an office for the current owners.
The land is perfect for a sustainable lifestyle, with established fruit trees and plenty of room for more. A double carport, circular driveway, and fully fenced property with an internal dog fence complete the package.
