If you like things that are a little different than you are going to find this 8.77 acre property very interesting!
It features an Octagonal shaped house! Yes you did read right…. it is not your normal home but who says everything has to be square!
The home is tucked away in the heart of a natural bushland block. It has a verandah and decking that runs all the way around the house which offers lovely views of the surrounding bush and the animals that call it home.
The home has one bedroom, an open plan living area and a touch of luxury with a spa bath! Just because you live in the bush does not mean you cannot enjoy a little luxury! Okay, so the house could do with a little tender loving care, but with the help of a hammer, paint brush and a little imagination you just may be very pleasantly surprised!
The property also has an outdoor undercover BBQ area, several large water tanks, a huge workshop that measures around 10m x 6m, several smaller sheds, a chook pen, an orchard and lots and lots of bush. There is a cleared paddock which is fenced and gated that would be perfect for horses.
Nilgen is located 130 kms north of Perth and is just ten minutes from the seaside town of Lancelin which makes it the perfect weekender for a family as there is a lot of land for the kids to explore or perhaps a quiet oasis for a dedicated artist!
