6 Collard Street, Newington, VIC 3350

Never before presented to the market sits this beautiful, meticulously built and maintained family home. The gardens welcome you as you approach the front door with flowers and exotic specimens. A lovely verandah welcomes and protects you as you enter the home. There are new carpets, high ceilings and ornate features in every direction you look. A large formal lounge that leads further into a formal dining room. Gas heating and two split system heating/cooling units to manage the year-round climate inside. While currently move in ready, the new owner may put their own stamp on the home that would create greater functionality and a more modern look. The kitchen & laundry which are located already on the northern side, as an example, could be renovated to great effect. There are four bedrooms including one upstairs which could double as a second living area. One of the downstairs bedrooms could easily be upgraded to include an ensuite off the main front bedroom. There is a well-appointed bathroom and enclosed cedar lined toilet with an outside window. The backyard includes lawns, paving, garden beds and ample shedding for storage and to house some major inside projects for the trades or handy folk amongst us. Market demand in such a sort after location has remained very strong so be sure to call Tim or Andreana to arrange your private inspection.
