Established in 1847 and chosen for its location on the Moore River and later with the Great Northern highway passing through the property, its basis was formed around agriculture and the availability of water and the rich loamy soils. The property has been developed over the last century for livestock grazing and cropping.
There is approximately 3698 ha of arable land.
There is good grazing also to be found in the cleared parkland areas, which are mostly timbered with York gum, white gum and jam.
Farm buildings include a six-stand shearing shed, two fertilizer sheds, and a machinery shed.
All of this 1 ½ hours from Perth city, in a very reliable 520 mm /annum rainfall region.
** New Norcia townsite not included in the sale.
For sale by Expressions of Interest.
