17 Gipps St NANANGO QLD 4615

The classic look of a Queenslander is hard to beat but this one is looking for someone to put some love her way and restore it to it's former beauty. Some renovations have been done over the years but is now requiring a current update. The home has the traditional high ceilings with lovely polished floors in the large lounge and hallway. There are 2 good-sized bedrooms (both built-in and carpeted) with a large sleepout done one side. The kitchen and bathroom have both been renovated in the past but now require some work. The kitchen area has a large walk-in pantry, electric stove and the dining area combined. Off the kitchen is a rear deck which is still in reasonable condition. The traditional verandah is on 2 sides and requires renovation. The high-set home is set on wooden stumps with the laundry underneath which offers lots of storage space. The home has been located on one side of the large 2,023sqm corner allotment offering 2 street access. This block would most likely be suitable for sub-division into 2 x 1/4 acre allotments. For more information or to arrange an inspection please call Marie on 0407075485 or the local, friendly staff at Nanango Real Estate on 07 41631677. This property is currently tenanted (periodic lease) so 24 hours notice for any inspections would be appreciated.
