94-96 Carter Road, Munruben QLD 4125

I remember the day Craig and Michelle first arrived. The driveway was shorter then… the trees were smaller… and the future felt wide open. They didn’t just buy land. They chose space. They chose quiet. They chose a different way of living. For more than 22 years, I’ve watched life unfold here.Children growing up with grass beneath their feet instead of concrete. Weekends filled with laughter drifting across the acreage. Morning coffees as the sun rose slowly over the paddocks. Evenings where the sky turned gold and time seemed to pause.I’ve never known traffic noise. Only birdsong. Only breeze through the trees. Only the peaceful rhythm that makes Munruben so special. Because living here isn’t about escaping the world… it’s about finding balance with it.Munruben has always been a hidden pocket of South East Queensland. A semi-rural lifestyle where families trade fences for freedom, yet remain within easy reach of schools, shops and the city beyond. A place where acreage living meets everyday convenience, just around 30km from Brisbane’s CBD.And here on Carter Road, space has never been wasted. There’s room to dream bigger. Room for hobbies that don’t fit in suburbia. Room for kids, pets, gatherings, and quiet moments alike. Inside my walls are stories. Every room has held conversations. Every window has framed seasons changing year after year. I haven’t just been lived in. I’ve been loved. But chapters change.Craig and Michelle have decided it’s time for a new adventure, and while leaving hasn’t been easy, they know what I know too… Homes like this aren’t meant to stand still forever. They’re meant to welcome the next family. The next memories. The next story waiting to begin. Maybe you’re searching for space. Maybe you’re ready to slow life down. Maybe you’ve been looking for somewhere that finally feels like home the moment you arrive. If so… I’ve been waiting for you.94–96 Carter Road, Munruben Where acreage living isn’t just a lifestyle… it’s a legacy ready to be continued.Disclaimer:All information provided has been obtained from sources we believe to be accurate.
