This very neat house has 4 bedrooms with air conditioning and built-in wardrobes. It has a large lounge / dining area and a tidy kitchen. The windows and verandah have metal louvres to keep out the direct sun light, making the house feel cool. In the rear we have an open storage area adjacent to a lockable garden shed and enough space to add a shed. The back yard is fully fenced with Colourbond fencing on two sides of the property. Currently tenanted for $280/week.
