Mount Richmond-This high rainfall grazing block is suitable for sheep and cattle. Infrastructure consists of a single stand shearing shed and sheep yards, plus a small wooden cattle yard and concrete load out ramp. Divided into four paddocks and watered by a windmill pumping from a dam to a holding tank then gravity to troughs. Soil types- the property has three main types, Red, Black Flat and Sandy Heath, all of which have their own strengths and growing performance. Note it is estimated to be approximately 1/3 of each soil type.
