Inspired by the relaxed vibe and time-honoured charm of Palm Springs, this beautifully renovated three-bedroom two-bathroom Mount Martha family home will captivate with its bespoke high-end fit-out, zoned liveability, and delightful gardens. Privately set behind automatic gates in a tranquil low-traffic street edging the Dunns Road Reserve, the single-level white-painted brick home is positioned on a substantial 738* square metre fully landscaped block. Framed by a wisteria draped fence and an elegant silver birch tree, coastal/cottage inspired designer gardens enhance the character rich façade, while a pastel pink front door hints at the playful mid-century-inspired colour palette within. Northerly light streams in through large-format glossy white plantation shuttered windows in the main living room, floored with durable hybrid timber, while a sliding door offers flow to the open-plan kitchen/family/meals area. Newly equipped with a Westinghouse convection oven and dishwasher, and a gas cooktop, the central kitchen’s over-sink window has outlooks to tropical inspired greenery while glass sliding doors provide indoor/outdoor connectivity to a pergola-capped alfresco deck which offers delightful semi-rural Peninsula vistas. Timber-panelled walls enhance the relaxed coastal ambience of the spacious and light-filled main bedroom, which features a custom-fitted walk-in robe and a luxe floor-to-ceiling tiled shower ensuite with terrazzo flooring and brushed gold tapware. The second bedroom has calming, sage-hued wall panelling and a custom fitted robe, the third bedroom has a built-in robe and rear garden outlooks, and the main bathroom, which also has terrazzo flooring, has a built-in bathtub and separate shower. Additional highlights include a stylish timber-topped laundry with external access, a double garage with remote door, and a newly installed ‘over-spec’ reverse-cycle central heating/cooling system which can be operated via touch screen or App. The wrap-around lawned rear gardens incorporate a fire-pit area and a large garden/storage shed. This sought-after family friendly pocket of Mt Martha borders the fabulous expansive parkland, adventure playground and dog leash-free area of Dunns Road Reserve, with access a short walk away.
