Built in 1973 by a group of engineers IHP's unique parabolic design prevents snow build up and provides for easy ski-in ski-out access. Solidly engineered the lodge presents a perfect blank canvas, with everything fully maintained and in good order for the lucky buyer to use as is or make their own mark.
IHP is incredibly efficient to run with its 5KW solar system installed in 2011 which on average PA generates more electricity than the lodge requires, ever generating income on top of covering its power bills.
