Shamrock 1 is a very affordable 2 bedroom apartment that sleeps 6 people comfortable and comprises of Lounge/Dinner, open plan kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, bathroom and separate WC. Shamrock 1 is perfectly ok for the rental pool but is dated internally. These apartments are unique as they are located in the Davenport village area, close to the kids Big D and within a lodge complex and there are only 10 of its kind. Shamrock owners would benefit from the use of the lodge's spacious drying room's, ski storage area's and laundry facilities. Shamrock is on a company share ownership title.
