Remarks: Werrina provides an excellent example of a quality mixed farming property in the Boomi district. The deep alluvial soils show little variation over the whole property with the grazing country showing the same high standard as the farming country.
This property has only had 2 owners since it was first taken up by the Doyle family in 1830's. The conservative management carried out during this time is very evident when inspecting the property.
