Custom designed, craftsman built and bespoke finished, this is a shining example of modern Hamptons’ style. Brilliantly oriented to maximise north sun and garden outlooks, this airy four bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home unfolds beyond a high-gabled full weatherboard façade with a ground-floor dedicated to entertaining (with a seamless flow inside to out), an upper-level designed for peace and privacy with a luxe master-suite, and space to retreat in a bonus second treetop living zone.
A showcase of authentic design and absolute quality with a prestige Fisher and Paykel appliance kitchen fronted by a massive dining bench, and fully-tiled frameless-screened bathroom including an ensuite, this benchmark home brings together premium-grade finishes and fittings including textural marble-look and pure white CaesarStone benchtops, Shaker-style and solid oak cabinetry, and high-grade French oak flooring plus 100% wool carpets.
In this benchmark design, artisan subway-tiles feature on the kitchen splashback, a clever wet-room design stars in the principal bathroom, lofty linen sheers cover double-glazing, and a vast stretch of bi-fold doors is echoed by matching set of bi-fold windows.
Fully alarmed and individually climate-controlled over two-levels with a gorgeous gasfire for the lounge area, this exceptional home has two-car parking including an auto-garage and north sun where it’s wanted most – across indoor and outdoor living, plus a landscaped and lawned full-depth garden. A walk to Highett Rd’s restaurants and railway station, a minute to Southland’s shopping and kick to Bricker Reserve’s sporting facilities, this sun-bathed home sets the standard!
