Please visit and explore this tucked away block of 1.2 hectares (3 acres) approx. in Moonta. It's close to town for your convenience but tucked away for your peace and privacy!
We're reluctantly selling and excited for someone else to establish the country house and garden we dreamed of.
Power and water are conveniently already connected at the entrance. Planning approval was granted for our custom design in April 2024 for a dwelling and ancillary dwelling.
There are some easements running through the land, however these didn't impact the our preferred position for a home. There is a slight elevation to a higher flat section (where we had approval for a home), which has the advantage of providing a great outlook across the block and surrounding area.
There's plenty of space (STCC) for your home, sheds, veggie patch, fruit tree orchard, native garden oasis...
Pictures and descriptions don't capture the setting - a visit is best to wander and experience the secluded and convenient location for yourself. We can provide additional photos on request.
