7 Hurlstone Crescent, Moonah TAS 7009

Renovated 1950s home Constructed in 1950 and recently renovated throughout, this light-filled home offers stylish living in a convenient location. The open plan living area is a key feature of the home. Large windows in the dining space allow an abundance of natural light to fill the area. From here, there is access to the rear balcony, which enjoys a pleasant outlook beyond the large backyard. A wood heater and reverse cycle air conditioner are both located in the living area and allow year-round comfort. Tasmanian Oak timber floorboards throughout the property create a sense of consistency and warmth. Two generously proportioned bedrooms comprise the accommodation. Both are equipped with built in robes and are serviced by a modern, updated bathroom. The laundry is located underneath the house and is combined with plenty of storage space. It is not hard to understand why properties in this location are highly sought-after. Cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and major shopping centres are all within walking distance. The area is well serviced by public transport, and Hobart's CBD is approximately 15 minutes away by car.
