26A Tregear Street, MOONAH TAS 7009

A chance to establish a new community centre in the heart of Moonah. Currently zoned 'community purpose' there is potential for a variety of uses to help service the area (STCA). The original hall dates back to 1959 but there was an extension attached in 2010 which included improvements to the electrics, weatherboard exterior, and overall appeal of the property. Residing upon almost 1000m2 of land, there were proposed plans to establish a 15 car park beside the hall to be more user friendly for the community. Enquire for further information + a price guide.
