28/1 Dunns Lane Merimbula NSW

This apartment is currently in a short term holiday rental contract, so you have the option to keep it going with the current manager or take it over yourself. Use it when you like and enjoy as the zoning will allow an owner or guest to stay for 3 months continuous occupation at a time. If you live away and want to use the unit without all the red tape of managed units, then this is it. Lots of great improvements already, and still scope to make this an even more comfortable unit (paint the furniture etc). The apartment features a balcony that enjoys views of the lake & town and is only a short walk to Main beach, the main street, and right across the road from the boat ramp. The complex boasts resort style living with, 2 pools, tennis court and plenty of room for boats. Units out of contract are very hard to find so act now. 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom Upstairs apartment Easily moved out of contract 2 pools Tennis court Views of lake and town Central to everything
