2 Woodland Drive, Merimbula

Sitting on 3/4 of an acre in Merimbula and nestled into the bush is a unique, mud brick residence in need of some love and inspiration. Once run as a Plant Nursery this plot has so much on offer. With stained glass windows, exposed beams and high raked ceilings, the old world charm shines through. Slate floors, brick fire place, and mud brick walls all complement each other. The original shop part and glassed atrium with some imagination could be transformed into something special. There is an inground pool (no compliance), sheds, chook pen, and good landscaped foundations for those keen and enthusiastic gardeners looking for a challenge. The privacy is second to none , with plenty of car spaces and located in a quiet cul-de-sac you would not know this exists. If you do require any further information or would like a private inspection
