This architect's own cottage, built in 1970 and now for sale for the first time, is set back from the street to create a very private sanctuary. The two level house maximises the northern aspect, with large windows and high ceilings and the plan permits several flexible arrangements which would satisfy varying lifestyle requirements. The house is currently configured with two very spacious bedrooms, but one of these could be re-arranged to create a third bedroom/study. There are 1 bathrooms.
The living and spacious dine-in kitchen both open through glass doors to the delightful private garden. A studio at the rear of the garden offers an ideal home office or work shop. On street parking is easy, and off-street parking, with Council Approval, is an option.
