22-24 Bank Street

One of the most picturesque houses in the street, this freestanding Victorian cottage has been lovingly restored and revived with utmost regard for its architectural heritage. Originally a fish shop, it was built in 1911 and features a rare 10.3m frontage, spacious dual level layout and an easy care tropical style garden. This hidden gem sits on the peninsula flanked by Berrys Bay to the west and Lavender Bay to the east. McMahons Point is a conservation area with charming workers cottages, Victorian terraces and Art Deco apartments lining the sandstone streets that lead to waterfront parks.
