Suffering serious fire damage to the kitchen, laundry and bathroom and smoke and water damage to the rest of the interior, there is certainly work that needs to be done. However, don't make a decision on this property based on the photographs... it may not be quite as bad as it looks. On a good sized allotment, with only one set of neighbours the potential to renovate and resell for profit, or to add to your rental portfolio, or to live in yourself is HUGE. Any way you look at it, this is a really cheap house. Due to the damage, we won't be conducting open homes, but are more than happy to schedule your private inspection. Please bring a torch, a ladder if you want to get in the roof, and wear sturdy shoes.
