1 West Street Maydena TAS 7140

Breath taking opportunity in a stunning part of the world. 1 WEST STREET IN MAYDENA Maydena is quite simply a stunning part of the world. Surrounded by pristine Tasmanian wilderness it is the gateway to the world-renowned Gordon-Franklin Wild Rivers National Park and of course Mt Field National Park which hosts its very own ski field, multiple bush walks, the Growling Swallet and the ever-popular Russel Falls (just a few of my personal highlights). The township itself boasts the extraordinary Maydena Mountain Bike Park which was designed and built by highly awarded trail company “Dirt Art”. Their world-class trails will offer something for everyone, from families through to elite riders – which has just been graced with the HUGE world-wide event – the Red Bull Hardline & Gravity Fest. This large two-story home rests on a gorgeous park-like parcel of land extending over a generous 1,412 m2 and shares two titles. Located a very short walk to the Mountain Bike Park (even less on a bike) and with the current zoning lends itself to a huge variety of business ideas or continue with the current highly successful Airbnb. Upstairs is set up with multiple accommodation options, a stunning bathroom and one of the best views of the back of Mt Field West that you will find. Seeing that peak with a dusting of snow while you are enjoying the warmth and romanticism of the wood fire is one of life’s pleasures that is hard to beat. Downstairs had a another beautifully appointed bathroom, a quality commercial grade kitchen as well as a large open plan living and dining room using polished concrete floors and hard wood timber to stunning effect. The large windows and sliding doors showcasing the stunning grounds. There are multiple undercover areas and outdoor spaces to enjoy the grounds or relax with a cup of tea and a book after a hard day’s ride. We have a well-appointed Mountain Bike Shed and a separate studio and as the home is well set up for AirBnb it will be sold with a large amount of the quality furniture shown (please enquire for more details). I would be happy to share the previous running history of the home and indeed welcome anyone that would like to take the time and inspect this stunning opportunity. • Park-like 1,412 m2 on two titles. • Multiple Accommodation options. • Running as a successful Airbnb. • Well-appointed Mountain Bike Shed. • Quality Commercial Grade Kitchen.
