14 Ellena St, Maryborough QLD

Rare opportunity to secure a house in the CBD fringe of Maryborough! The QLD government recently announced a $7.1Bn dollar train building and infrastructure investment to build trains for the 2032 Olympics resulting in the creation of approximately 800 new jobs for Downer Headquartered in Maryborough. This block is approximately 100m from that site! With record low rental vacancy in the area accommodation is short already & more purpose built permanent rental accommodation is desperately needed. This block may be suitable (STCA) for a unit style development. Situated directly next door to this block is a 4 x 2 bedroom unit complex on a block approximately the same size as this property. Renovate the existing dwelling perhaps and restore it to its former glory and create something that is sure to be very popular not only due to its proximity to one of the towns largest employers but also within walking distance to take away stores, shopping centres, hotels and restaurants. This is the one you've been waiting for and it's priced to sell fast so phone Justen Tillman on 0412 262325 for further information.
