Unmatched deep-water access, perfectly positioned at the very end of Banumum Road, this rare Lake Eildon estate offers a level of privacy, elevation, and lake access that is simply without equal. Perched high on the hill at Mawsons Point, the home commands sweeping panoramic views up and down the Delatite Arm - an extraordinary front-row seat to one of Victoria's most breathtaking natural settings.
Recently renovated and thoughtfully reimagined, the residence now features four generous bedrooms and three bathrooms. The current owners have cleverly refined the floorplan to comfortably sleep up to 12 guests, creating the ideal retreat for large families or a proven high-performing Airbnb. The expansive master suite captures awe-inspiring morning views across the lake, complemented by a luxurious new ensuite that evokes a private spa experience. Light-filled living zones, an open-plan kitchen, and a spacious second living room with an open fireplace all embrace the ever-changing lake vistas - seamlessly blending indoor comfort with outdoor serenity. A large bunk room adds versatility and fun for visiting family and friends.
Outdoors, the property truly comes alive for nature lovers and thrill-seekers. Winding tracks lead through the beautiful, expansive grounds down to the private lake frontage and boat shed, with gated access to the lakefront reserve opposite Crockett Island. A pontoon is already moored and ready for summer, offering an effortless, turn-key lake lifestyle. Deep-water frontage guarantees year-round boating, fishing, and water-sports enjoyment, regardless of lake levels.
Self-sufficiency is another standout feature. The property boasts substantial rainwater storage, an excellent bore, a dam, and one megalitre of pumping rights from the lake. An expansive solar system significantly reduces power costs, delivering long-term sustainability to match its luxury. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to secure one of Lake Eildon's most coveted positions - a private lakeside sanctuary where luxury, functionality, and lifestyle unite in perfect harmony.
