Expressions of Interest Closing Tuesday 10th June at 2pm (Unless Sold Prior)
A distilled expression of architectural clarity and coastal immersion, this Chamberlain Architects creation redefines its rural setting with rolling rooflines and a silhouette of Silvertop Ash and charred Queensland Ironbark that mirrors the natural contours of the land. Admired for its distinctive form, the highly resolved home spans approximately five acres of manicured grounds and paddock, with views extending across the dam to, Port Phillip Bay, The Heads and Bass Strait beyond.
A central spine draws movement through primary and secondary living spaces, with moments of spatial contrast and material change shaping the identity of each domain. Vaulted ceilings, French engineered oak floors and underfloor heating elevate the experience, while a timber-lined ceiling marks the transition to the culinary quarters, warmed by a Cheminees Phillipe fireplace.
Dark tonality recedes to reveal a stone island that rises into a sculptural breakfast bar, its uninterrupted aesthetic morphing into a butler’s pantry and bar zone, with integrated Sub-Zero refrigeration, dual Zug ovens (steam and traditional), a Ziptap, and Vintech wine fridges completing the ensemble with precise culinary intent.
Unencumbered vistas stretch through full-height steel-framed glazing, revealing a rare alignment of three bodies of water: the dam, the 14-metre infinity pool and spa, and Port Phillip Bay. Together, they form a profound trilogy that creates the perfect backdrop for entertaining in the outdoor area, appointed with a built-in barbecue, powder room, shower room, and an electric retractable roof and element screen for year-round use.
Five robed bedrooms, including two primary suites, are conceived as sanctuaries that bookend the home. One features a skylit shower, sculptural pedestal basin, and an olive courtyard, while the larger salutes the premium quality of the broader design with a gas fireplace, stone-appointed twin ensuite, picture-framed curved tub, steam shower, powder room, and private terrace.
At the dam’s edge, a studio reflects the western façade in charred Queensland Ironbark. A wood fire, deck, powder room, and kitchenette shape it into a soulful space for relaxation, creativity or overflow guest accommodation.
Solar panels with battery storage, a Tesla charger, underground water tank, bore and dam fed irrigation, and a fully fenced paddock underscore its sustainability ethos. Elevated inclusions celebrate lifestyle nuance with an upper loft-style retreat, home office, full-height linen sheers, security system, alarm, remote gate, zoned ducted climate control, and garaging for two plus a double carport.
Just doors from the Pig and Whistle and moments from Arthurs Seat State Park, and a host of acclaimed golf fairways, wineries and epicurean destinations, this is a layered culmination of setting, lifestyle and detail, crafted without compromise.
