Built in 1918, I've been Home Sweet Home for many families, I've seen births, deaths and generational changes, whilst Maclean evolved from a small gas-lit settlement into a busy modern township.
From a quiet residential past I'm now surrounded by businesses; the Shire's classified me as commercial, so will my future be as an office, professional suite a Home of Sweet Business? Or will I host yet another family in my tastefully renovated interior?
I'm made of Grafton bricks you know? There's only a few of us in town including the Primary School and that makes us historically significant and pretty special we're also very all sought after!
I've only 2 bedrooms, but they're large. My kitchen, lounge and living areas are warm and homely and I've magnificent polished floors; their patina showing the splendour of my age. My ceilings are high; my windows are wooden and they work!
Since my renovation I'm in magnificent order. Oh yeh, I've a small but sunny enclosed back yard Come take a look and make me your "HOME SWEET HOME"!
