2 Barton Street, Lockington VIC 3563

This house has character all over it with the decorative ceilings and trims to the lovely back yard and outdoor areas. You enter the house by a cosy lounge room with welcoming fireplace then into the kitchen which is tidy and has plenty of charm. The original floorboards are on display and could be polished to become a true feature of the house. The 2 bedrooms are a good size and out the back area is huge could be another living area or a 3rd bedroom. The property is 1/2 a block from the shops and across the road from the community centre and next to the lovely channel. The back of the house has a lovely under cover sitting area and a shed for lots of storage as well as a carport. Lockington is a great town only 20 minutes from Rochester or Echuca with its own community and shops. Give Stuart Wilson a call if you want to have a look on 0404 550 429.
