HOME:
Set within established gardens, the substantial rendered brick homestead offers four generous bedrooms, two bathrooms and ducted air conditioning throughout.
Two spacious open-plan living areas connect through a centrally positioned modern kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, electric oven and gas cooktop. It is a practical, welcoming layout that keeps the family connected while providing plenty of room to spread out.
The master suite enjoys a walk-in robe and private ensuite, while a large separate rumpus room offers additional space for the kids, hobbies or relaxed family living. A double carport completes the home.
FARM:
Approximately 100 acres of established tea tree form the productive heart of the property, providing an existing income stream alongside the lifestyle appeal.
The opportunity to make income from share farming or farm the property yourself.
Plantings of varying ages and proximity to local processing facilities further support the plantation's appeal. The balance of the holding includes timbered grazing country and native hardwood forest, with multiple dams supporting livestock watering.
Continue the tea tree operation, introduce cattle or combine agricultural pursuits to create a mixed farming lifestyle.
