267 Mortons Road, LANNERCOST, QLD 4850

This property is comprised of approximately 121.56ha freehold land just 22km from Ingham in the Lannercost area of the Herbert River Valley. This location is around 42km to the boat ramp at Lucinda, giving you access to the outstanding fishing and boating the Hinchinbrook has to offer. Owners advise the farm is not subject to major flooding having been a well regarded grazing block in the past. There is an ideal homesite near the shed which is accessed by the all weather road. The farm is well laid out with a large, good quality high clearance shed approx 42 x 12m with a staff quarters/office attached of approx 60m2. This is an ideal stand alone cane block for someone wanting to move to the area. The location being close to town with school bus and mail service at the end of the road, no close neighbors and a slightly elevated homesite at the shed makes this a unique opportunity to establish a new home. Rarely are we able to offer a block of this size with good quality infrastructure. No equipment or crop is included in the price.
