The Farming Zone also provides for subdivision into smaller lots under certain circumstances, one of which is the re-subdivision of existing lots as long as the number of lots is not increased. This option potentially allows re-subdivision into a maximum of six lots, better suiting the characteristics of the land and taking advantage of the spectacular views from parts of the land or, possibly, allowing the eastern part of Mt Drummond to be sold separately.
