Looking for a rural tree change with a special element of 'wow'? Well look no further, as this Watagan Creek Road gem is the perfect escape from the busy city life with a spectacular view you will never get tired of. Comprising 11.16ha (27.5 acres) of pristine bush land with intriguing rock escarpments and lush fern gulleys, the land is absolutely stunning while also being very low maintenance. Enjoy bush walking in your own back yard wilderness and direct access into the Corrabare State Forest which adjoins the property on the northern boundary. Perched high on the ridge line you will find the charming 'tree house' which takes advantage of the panoramic views to the South and East. Well-built and clad in Oregon timber as a comfortable weekender, the building makes a great off-grid escape, powered by 8 solar panels with batteries and a backup generator. An adjoining timber deck is the perfect space to dine while admiring the view, watching the clouds roll by and listening to nothing but the sound of prolific bird life in the background. A second structure is half complete and planned to be a bathroom and kitchenette. A lot of the hard work is done with the frame, floor and roof already in place and a composting toilet ready to be installed. The property has a dwelling entitlement meaning you could build your dream home on the land (subject to DA approval). A large garden shed and 4 water storage tanks complete the picture for this beautiful Watagan property. For further details, please contact Garry Musgrove 0429 663 026 or Kurt Musgrove 0497 281 475.
