Lot 7, 9 Discovery Drive

The estate’s master plan has included thoughtful caveats to protect both the old growth forest remnants and areas of regenerating rainforest with part of each block also designated as permanent native vegetation zones. This means the glorious view that you can have from the back veranda can never be lost, and it will only get better with time. You will also be the envy of visiting family and friends when they see the kind of nature walks you can take right in your very own neighbourhood. Lot 7 is 4429m2 of land backing onto Jumrum Creek. This block may be suitable for a pavilion style dwelling or slab on ground home with a large building envelope to get creative with your design. DO NOT DELAY. This is only 1 of 11 premium blocks available so register your interest today to secure your little slice of heaven.
