19 Morton Street, Kuranda, Qld 4881

This one's a cracker - so much potential, so affordable, so flexible. It's almost impossible to find a clean, tidy, solid little home with so much potential to develop into a super cute, comfy home. It was master built in 1992, is steel framed and has been loved by the same owners that originally built it - it's never been rented, so it's in great condition. The lounge/dining/kitchen is spacious and has mixed rainforest hardwood flooring - can't get this anymore! The 2 bedrooms are a good size and the bathroom is original but spacious. There's a separate toilet too. And then there's the gorgeous little sunny balcony at the back - the main living area and a bedroom have doors opening out onto the deck. The house has plenty of natural light with louvres for an all year breeze. This really is a fabulous value for money property with so much potential to make it your own...all on a quarter acre and easy walk into Kuranda Village.
