52 Ross Lane, Kinvara

Welcome to Rossgrove. Locals have long admired this landmark building for its beautiful façade, but beyond it hides much more: an elegant, soulful and exceptionally well-planned house, spacious, bright and balanced, and a lush European-style parterre garden always in bloom. With its timeless serenity this is not your ordinary property. It is a true home, a safe haven from the busy world, now looking for a new custodian. Located only minutes from the beach this small hillside acreage is a rare find. With no peeking neighbours (cows across the road excluded) this lush garden estate offers both privacy and convenience, combining ease of management with the rural lifestyle. The house itself is a masterpiece in yin yang balance. Straight lines and curves interplay in classic architecture. The high ceilings, crown mouldings, rich timber floors, arched cast iron fireplaces and abundance of French double doors are all a graceful protest against fast fashion and the generic. Every room is airy, bright and calm. Nothing is missing, nothing is an afterthought. House and nature integrates: the many rooms open up onto the abundant garden carefully curated with roses, flowers, hedges and trees, balancing free flow with geometrical shapes. This is a turnkey home ready to enjoy, yet with possibility for further creative endeavours such as an estate pool, tennis court, orchard, attic expansion or multiple occupancy. Situated within ten minutes of everything - from airport to shopping malls, from idyllic countryside villages such as Newrybar and Bangalow to beachside Lennox Head - this property is perfectly positioned for a convenient coastal-rural lifestyle.
