If you're searching for a home with heart, come a little closer. I've been quietly holding stories for more than six decades, and I'm ready to share them with someone new.
Hello there!
I'm so glad you stopped by. Truly, it makes my walls warm just thinking about sharing my story with you. Come wander with me for a moment.
Before we start, here's a little Fun Fact:
I was the very first brick home built in Kingston Heights.
And another one…
I've only ever had one owner. For 65 years! Imagine that! Six and a half decades of love, laughter and everyday life held within my rooms.
I've watched a family grow up here, and many of my features are still just the way they were when I was built. I sit proudly on a level 675m² block, facing almost perfectly north. From my front windows, my family would always pause to admire Kunanyi/Mt Wellington - especially when she dressed herself in snow. Those moments never got old.
My kitchen and dining room have seen countless meals shared and stories told. The little ones would wait eagerly while my owner passed dinner plates through the serving window, a simple ritual that always felt a little magical.
My Tasmanian Oak floorboards are one of my favourite features, and they'd love a polish from my next family. I have three bedrooms, with the master up front, a generous space that has always been a peaceful retreat.
Oh, and the backyard… that's where the best giggles happened. It's private and sunny, and I loved watching the children sneak out the back fence on their way to Boronia Beach. They'd return sandy, smiling, and full of tales about the water and the wildlife. There's a beautiful walking track that leads all the way to Kingston Beach - the spot for dips, ice cream, long lunches and relaxed dinners.
If you can picture your own memories unfolding within my walls, then perhaps we are meant for each other. Come see me in person. Your next chapter might begin right here.
