John Turnbull was the area’s first selector in 1902 and hand cleared this superb acreage near the top of the range between Pinbarren and Kin Kin. The original cottage was built from timber milled on the property and features 11ft Beech ceilings, while extensions in 1940 and 1998 created a larger homestead with sunny north facing veranda.
