Welcome to Kialla Lakes! Just outside your front door is the Ganaway reserve playground with direct access to what is considered the best lake in the area! Imagine kayaking and fishing whenever you choose, the location makes this property the ultimate entertainer. Boasting four spacious bedrooms and two grand bathrooms as soon as you enter the property you will notice the sheer size of the rooms are one of the standout features of this property. Walking through the front door you are greeted by soaring high cathedral ceilings in the large formal lounge room, which would be a great spot for late night movies or morning coffees. This room connects to the open kitchen/dining and family room, like everything in this house, the kitchen is spacious and has all the storage you could ever need as well as plenty of countertop space. Moving towards the back of the house you will find two of the bedrooms both with BIR, the main bathroom and laundry. The main bathroom is the size of a bedroom and features a bath, shower, and vanity with separate toilet. Going up stairs you will find another sitting room and hallway that leads to the master bedroom, ensuite and fourth bedroom with BIR. The master bedroom is simply huge, it's so large that it was once used as a billiards room and has its own private balcony with views of the lake. The ensuite is grand like the main bathroom and features a shower/bath, toilet and vanity. Out the back of this entertainer's delight is a large covered outdoor entertainment area that extends out to the rear shed with large roller door, concrete floor, and power. There is a roller door that connects the rear of the garage to the covered entertainment area allowing for plenty of extra car access.
