Sound & Solid Seventies Sensation!
Innovative for its time when designed back in the early 70s, this recessed slab single level home is as sound as the day it was built. The loved home to one owner since new, it occupies a peaceful position in a quiet cul-de-sac that is nonetheless close to an array of desired amenities.
Situated on approximately 766sqm and embraced by established greenery every which way, the accommodation is comfortable & alive with personality, featuring painted Besser Block walls and warm Portuguese Oregon beams throughout. To the front is a comfortable lounge with gas heater enjoying outlooks to the garden, while alongside the bright kitchen, a meals area features a quirky hand-built timber bar.
A family area/study zone with garden access provides more versatile space and gives way through to the three bedrooms which share a central bathroom and separate WC off the laundry. Three air-conditioners, carport parking and a garden shed are also offered.
An inspiring foundation for an exciting renovation working with something just a little different, bringing to life the original design features and adding in some modern comfort & conveniences, this instead could be the ideal for double storey extension or site for brand new home if preferred (STCA).
