Located at the end of the most quiet of Avenues, the secluded nature of this block is half the charm. Set amongst the trees, with a driveway and house site cut in and ready to go. Build your new home or locate a tiny home on the site (STCA). This is the most private of locations, with a brilliant northeasterly outlook that welcomes the morning with glimpses of the Silvan Dam through the trees. A natural spring bubbles from the top of the property, bringing abundant bird life and adding to the peace and tranquillity of the block. Flowering rhododendrons and camellias add colour and vibrancy, as do the deciduous maples in the autumn. A small bird hide down a meandering pathway can double as storage or sleep outs as an added bonus. With power and gas available for connection, this property needs to be seen to be appreciated.
