Introducing Home Sixteen — a contemporary residence now under construction, distinguished by its generous outdoor surrounds and an impressive basement level that sets it apart within the collection. Designed with space, flexibility, and modern living in mind, this home offers a well balanced layout across three thoughtfully arranged levels. The ground floor has been shaped to take full advantage of the expansive external area, with the living, dining, and kitchen zones positioned to enjoy outlooks and easy access to the outdoors. This connection to the surrounding land creates a sense of openness rarely found in low maintenance homes. A fourth bedroom on this level provides adaptable use — ideal for guests, extended family, or a dedicated workspace — supported by a conveniently located bathroom. Below, the basement level is a standout feature, offering a secure double garage alongside a substantial activity room and cellar/gym/storage space. This generous lower level provides exceptional versatility, whether used for fitness, hobbies, additional storage, or a private breakout zone separate from the main living areas. The first floor completes the home with a well appointed master suite, two additional bedrooms, and a central bathroom, creating a comfortable and functional upper level layout. With construction underway, Home Sixteen presents a rare opportunity to secure a spacious, modern residence with exceptional outdoor amenity and a uniquely large basement — a combination that elevates both lifestyle and long term appeal.
