4 Alexandra Street

One of the area’s landmark homes, this sandstone beauty dates to C1881 and has stood proudly at the gateway to village life on the peninsula ever since. On a 1227sqm garden block with rear lane access via Cullens Lane, the house is ideally laid out over a single sprawling level. The main living space is wrapped in windows and a decked verandah in a masterful marriage of historic and contemporary design. A separate pavilion is dedicated to the parents’ retreat, overlooking the pool and gardens with a perfect rear-north aspect. Flawlessly finished with understated luxury and timeless details, it’s everything you could want in a refined peninsula residence. Highlights
