Hidden away at the rear of a 25-acre bushland haven, this remarkable property offers a level of peace and privacy that is becoming almost impossible to find. Surrounded by native bush and a sweeping sea of ancient grass trees, the home sits quietly in its own world-an authentic sanctuary where nature, space and simplicity reign.
A couple of acres have been cleared around the residence, creating an open, usable setting while preserving the natural beauty that defines the land. Cleared walking tracks meander throughout the property, inviting peaceful morning walks, exploration and quiet moments immersed in nature.
The home itself is a charming cottage filled with character, beautifully enhanced by classic Queenslander-style windows that draw in soft natural light and frame uninterrupted bushland views. Recently refreshed with a renovated kitchen and bathroom, brand new flooring throughout, and fresh paint inside and out, the residence feels warm, airy and inviting-effortlessly blending comfort with timeless appeal.
Designed for true independence, the property features a 6.2kW off-grid solar system with four batteries, installed in August last year, keeping energy costs at zero while providing reliable, sustainable power year-round. Supported by two water tanks and low-maintenance gardens, this is a home that allows you to live lightly on the land without sacrificing comfort.
Infrastructure is thoughtfully in place, including a double garage with an adjoining multipurpose room-ideal as a workshop, home office or additional storage. The property is partially fenced around the perimeter, with a fully fenced house yard, a separate fenced dog yard, and a fenced horse paddock, making it exceptionally well suited to pets, animals and practical rural living.
Despite the complete sense of seclusion, everyday convenience remains close at hand-just 12 minutes to Gin Gin and 50 minutes to Bundaberg.
