Our house is on the market for the first time in it's life.
Sometimes it's hard to know what makes a home so special, even more so when you don't get to try before you buy, so we thought we'd tell you everything we continue to love about it.
In the warmer months, we love spending our afternoons in the cool shade of our covered entertainment area and soaking up horizon views whilst the little ones would swim forever in our sparkling swimming pool. The completely fenced yard has been perfect for the kids to run around when finished in the salt water pool as it's flat and we have tried to always keep the bindies out.
We treasure the unforgettable memories from our gatherings at the bar in the thatched roof gazebo that also has our Bbq. Our friends, family & neighbours will all have a story to tell from here which we think is priceless.
We now wish we had our new quality carpet and new premium loose lay vinyl plank flooring in earlier but proud of the enjoyment you will receive once you settle in. Ohh, we almost forgot to mention that we just installed two new air conditioners for your well-being in summer time - we think it was cool enough already but we want to make this the most comfortable home possible so you love it like we have.
